RMI (Responsible Minerals Initiative)

RMI was established by the members of the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) and GeSI (Global e-Sustainability Initiative).

As the most influential initiative in addressing supply chain issues related to responsible minerals, RMI has grown significantly. Today, over 500 companies from more than 30 industries collaborate with RMI to achieve their goals.

CMRT (Conflict Minerals Reporting Template)

CMRT is designed to streamline the collection and communication of supply chain information on conflict minerals.

The template is structured into various sheets, each with key instructions and writing points:

1. Revision: The history of CMRT version changes.
2. Instructions: Guidance on how to fill out the sheets.
3. Definitions: Explanation of key terms and terminology.
4. Declaration: Required responses to detailed company-level questions.
5. Smelter List: If applicable, companies must fill out smelter information based on survey questions 1 & 2.
6. Checker: Provides mandatory review checks.
7. Product List: For declarations covering product-level scope, companies must provide relevant product details.
8. Smelter Look-up: Automated features using RMI's latest smelter data.
