When entering PCF data and releasing it, selecting a PCF contact person is mandatory. Available PCF contacts can be configured from the Administration > Contact Person menu.
To newly add a PCF contact person, click the Create button.
After entering the detailed information, check the PCF checkbox under Responsibility.
※ If the PCF contact information registered in IMDS becomes inactive, the contact person marked as Default PCF Contact will be displayed.
Once you click the Save button, an email will be sent to the registered address with instructions on how to activate the contact person. Once activated via the email, the PCF contact person registration is complete.
Receiving Email Notifications for PCF Data Changes
You can set up notifications to receive emails whenever PCF data is updated.
Go to the Administration > Personal Settings menu.
In the popup window, check the PCF Updates option located at the bottom right, then click the OK button.
Once notifications are set, you will receive a weekly summary email listing all approved MDS entries that include updated PCF and TCF data from the past week.
